Same here UD or very late KO over Pavlik Should be a fun fight though, and if PAvlik loses like he did to Hopkins he's finished.

I just think that if Martinez took the pressure of a fast and versatile fighter such as Williams... he should be able to handle Pavliks... the only issue is in my humble opinion, Martinez Stamina... as the fight drew on; Martinez was slightly tired and Wiliams came on late and hurt him a few times....Pavlik hits 10 times harder than Williams... Pavlink has better defense as well... He is slower... but the pressure he will put on Martinez will not be a a joke.

You really think Pavlik hits that much harder than PW? I suppose he does hit a bit harder; still he is only effective, for the most part, when someone is standing right in front of him and wanting to slug it out; or on the ropes he is a beast. I think your point of Pavlik being slower is going to play considerably into the hands of Martinez, as he is very agile and will have Pavlik looking like a dog chasing his tail; that relentless pressure Pav brings won't mean sh#t if there is barely a target there to utilize it against. I also wonder about Pavliks mental fragility...if Sergio is able to start fast and get into Pavliks mind will he just fold up and have flashbacks of Hopkins 101??? That schooling Hopkins gave him I think has haunted him, and another slick guy like Sergio might bring those demons up that may be right under the surface of Pav's psyche. If Sergio gets stupid he could very well find himself counting the lights on the ceiling wondering what happened But I foresee a schooling again; though if Pav doesn't wilt under it and Sergio does gas we could see a late ko by way of Kelly. I can't wait for this fight, should be very entertaining.
Belated Happy B-Day Tali! Hope you had a good one.I like Martinez on this one also. I think Pavlik has not been the same since the Rat schooled him. Yet he has not fought any meaningful fights since then. I think Martinez will be his first challenge since his loss. I think Martinez will give him fits. I say Martinez SD.
