Last night, boxing fans from all across the globe, stayed up to listen with anticipation regarding the news as to whether or not, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao had come to an agreement to fight. Much to our disappointment, the answer is no. So what was the point? All I heard was Bob Arum repeatedly showing EMPATHY for Floyd Mayweather Jr. When has Arum showed Floyd any kind of respect, kindness or sympathy in the past decade?
Arum could have just spared us the drama and posted this on his website.
What really chapped my hide was the fact that last night, our friends at the boxing truth radio called in but their call was never taken. Steve Kim was allowed to call in twice and so did Kevin Iole. Other people from other organizations got through but not one of them asked any real questions and none of them had the BALLS to call Arum on his shit. All I heard were people calling in and sucking Arum’s shriveled dick. (I guess this is what happens when you have CREDENTIALS.) Greg Leon, whom I am not fond of, asked good questions and began to rub Arum the wrong way and Greg Leon was rudely hung up on. (Nice try Greg and kudos.) Our good friend Michael Marley also called in and was also disrespected by Arum and they hung up on him before he could even get his beak wet.
In closing, this entire conference call was BULLSHIT.
